Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Talkio AI affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Participation

• You must provide accurate account and payment details.
• We may approve, reject, or remove any affiliate account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for activity under your affiliate account.

2. Commissions

• Commission rates, cookie durations, and payout thresholds are defined in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Commissions are paid only on eligible, completed transactions.
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise invalid transactions are not commissionable.
• We may reverse commissions if a transaction is later refunded, charged back, or identified as invalid.

3. Payouts and Invoicing

• The payout threshold is USD 100.
• Once you reach the threshold, send payout details to hello@talkio.ai:
  • Full name
  • Address
  • VAT number (optional)
• You only need to provide these details once unless they change.
• Talkio uses self-billing for affiliate commissions. Do not send separate invoices.
• If you are VAT-registered, your VAT number will be included on self-billed invoices.
• Rewardful tracks earned commissions, but payouts are made once a commission becomes due (typically around 30 days after customer signup and successful payment).
• If a referred customer cancels during a free trial or receives a refund, the commission is not paid.
• Pending and due commission status is available in your affiliate dashboard.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any paid advertising of any kind.
• For avoidance of doubt, this includes brand bidding, using Talkio in paid ad copy or display URLs, and direct linking to talkio.ai from paid ads.
• Creating domains containing "talkio".
• Browser extensions or toolbars.
• Cashback or reward programs without prior written approval.
• Coupon sites without prior written approval.
• Fake or expired coupon codes.
• Forced redirects or popups.
• Cookie stuffing or click injection.
• Bots or incentivized traffic.

In addition, you may not impersonate Talkio, misrepresent an official relationship, or run any misleading promotions.

5. Trademark and Brand Use

• You may use approved brand assets only as provided by us.
• Do not alter logos, trademarked names, or visual identity in a misleading way.
• Do not present yourself as an employee, legal representative, or official spokesperson of Talkio.

6. Compliance

You must comply with:

• Applicable advertising, consumer protection, and privacy laws.
• Platform rules for Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and similar networks.
• FTC-style disclosure rules by clearly identifying affiliate relationships where required.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation immediately for violations or suspected abuse. On termination:

• Future commissions stop accruing.
• Any unpaid commissions tied to violations may be withheld or forfeited.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised terms.
